Ms Neha Saxena,B.Tech (Biotechnology) student of our college secured Ist position in the UPTU examination for the year 2009,with 83.57% aggregate marks.
She has been awarded University Gold Medal for standing first in the whole Chemical Engineering group as “Biotechnology” was included in this group for the award of medal.
The convocation function was addressed by the chief guest Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Ex-President of India.
Ms.Neha Saxena has thus brought laurels to Saroj Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow. Her achievement also supports high standards of our faculties of department of Biotechnology. During interviews by media & Press persons, she has given credit to the HOD (Bio-Tech) as well as teachers of Biotechnology department and overall academic environment of the college, for the achievement.
